SATISFACTION.
i seriously dont understand how come a person can be constantly wanting to lose weight evn shes alr skinny. yes i understand that kind of mindset which kip wanting to be lighter and at times im oso lidat. but i get worried when i start having blackouts,blueblacks, pale nail color and so on.. i get worried and began to eat alot fer d nxt meal though im full. i myself noe very clear of my body whenevr im 41kg or below all those symtoms comes. that explains it's v unhealthy alr. i love to be thin, i love to be pretty too. who dont want to be perfect? but have ur own limit. why turn into someone else when u can actually be urself? Be yourself! you dont have to compete wit others or doing too much things to wear out ur ownself. live once, die once. be happy. why must make urself breakdown evry few weeks or mths? stress are sucky. but cope wit it instead of adding on. do wadevr makes u happy w/o affecting others ard u. u dont regret when ure on ur deathbed fer being too demanding towards ppl, not telling ure loved ones dey're important or evn not enjoying urself when u still have time.

how to work on it?
ppl often got blinded by things..

Living in this realistic and cruel world
surviving in it? easy to say..
but how many actually can make it?
not thinking too far into d future, but what izit u rlly want now?
ask urself this b4 thinking of future.
how can a person noe what he/she wants in future when current life is alr upsized down?
cant get d answer? think until u get it.
